Choose one anchor before adding the coast
Cannes, Cap d’Antibes, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Monaco and Saint-Tropez offer different rhythms. Select the hotel or villa around the main purpose—festival commitments, yachting, privacy, beach time or Monaco appointments—then treat other destinations as deliberate journeys.
A prestigious address can still be operationally wrong if every important commitment requires a long road movement at peak time.
Design movement around the calendar
Film festivals, trade events, yacht shows, sporting weekends and summer traffic can compress roads, parking and vehicle supply. Map confirmed commitments first, then add flexible dining, cruising and leisure around them.
For several guests or vehicles, maintain one live manifest showing passenger, pickup point, destination and the person authorised to change the plan.
Treat villas and yachts as contracts, not amenities
A villa requires clear ownership or agency authority, deposits, inventory, staffing, access and cancellation terms. A yacht request requires an appropriate licensed broker or operator, passenger limits, insurance, weather policy, itinerary, berth and payment schedule.
The concierge can coordinate the brief, but the owner, agent, charter provider, captain, port and authorities retain their own responsibilities.
Keep Monaco’s jurisdiction visible
Cross-border itineraries should identify which provider is operating each movement or service and under which terms. Security, transport, charter, event and property permissions cannot be assumed to carry automatically between France and Monaco.
