Know who is responsible
The property owner, licensed agent or accommodation provider controls availability, legal right to let, contract, deposit, inventory, insurance, taxes and building rules. PARVIP can organise questions and compare written terms, but does not present an address as secured until the responsible provider confirms it.
Plan the household before arrival
A private stay becomes effortless when access codes, keys, luggage, groceries, housekeeping windows, waste rules, staff entry and the first meal are agreed before travel. We place those handovers beside the chauffeur and itinerary plan so the first day does not depend on disconnected messages.

Can PARVIP guarantee that a private apartment is legal to rent?
No. The owner or authorised accommodation provider must establish the lawful right to offer the stay and provide the relevant contract. We request documentation and clear terms before a client approves.
Is a private residence better than a palace hotel?
It depends on the party. A residence can offer space, shared living and privacy; a hotel usually offers continuous staffed service and established facilities. We compare the trade-offs against the actual stay.
Can you arrange housekeeping, groceries or childcare?
We can request suitable providers and coordinate approved service windows. Each provider retains responsibility for staffing, safeguarding, insurance, availability and terms.
