Begin with capacity that works in real life
A vehicle’s advertised seat count does not describe comfort once large suitcases, shopping, a stroller or golf equipment are added. Give the provider an honest passenger and luggage count before accepting the class.
For airport arrivals, also consider child seats, mobility needs and whether the group can split. A larger vehicle can be the more discreet choice when it avoids a second car and a pavement-side reorganisation.
Executive and luxury sedans
An executive sedan suits one or two passengers, light luggage and straightforward transfers. A larger luxury sedan offers more rear-seat space and can fit private appointments, dinners and corporate movement where a calm arrival matters.
Vehicle class is not an exact model promise. Ask the licensed operator to confirm the vehicle or clearly state its substitution policy before payment.
SUVs and luxury vans
A premium SUV can add luggage flexibility, ride height and all-weather practicality, but its third-row or boot capacity varies. A luxury van is often better for families, four or more guests, fashion teams, multi-stop shopping or bulky equipment.
A van may also simplify coordination by keeping the concierge, guide or close-protection professional with the group when the operating brief requires it.
Limousines, performance cars and self-drive requests
A stretch limousine or performance car is a specialist request, not the default expression of luxury in Paris. Dimensions, passenger access, urban restrictions, parking, insurance and driver licensing can materially change suitability.
